12:00 PM - 3:00 PM Fishing Lessons at the Deer Island Pier
Learn how to fish! Rods and reels provided. Chairs and 1:1 support from a volunteer are available upon request.
12:00 PM - 3:00 PM Rides on a Pedicab by Trike Hub
A Pedicab driver will take you and a friend around the island, pointing out the beautiful sites and giving a bit of history about this historic location.
1:30 PM - 2:30 PM Cruise on the MV Massachusetts
Grab a seat and take a cruise around the island. Enjoy the views and the ride, along with a narrative about interesting facts of the island and surrounding areas. Limited to the first 250 registrants.
12:00 PM - 3:00 PM Adaptive Cycling
Spaulding Rehab will be providing adaptive bikes for independent cycling experiences around the island. Staff and volunteers will help choose a good bicycle for you.
12:00 PM - 3:00 PM Music for All!
WMEX deejay Ben Rabinovitz will be on hand to provide easy listening and classic rock hits. Bring a picnic lunch, a blanket, and enjoy the music! Don't forget the sunscreen!
