Self Advocate Peer Trainers present skills and information to groups of participants, assisting the participants in developing varied self-advocacy skills. 

In particular, we are looking for trainers to split their time between  our Self-Advocacy Leadership Series (SALS) training, wearemass.org/self-advocacy-leadership-series-sals and our Awareness and Action (A&A) training which focuses on recognizing, reporting and responding to abuse.

The position pays $15.50 to $18.00 an hour with reimbursement for mileage and expenses when training is not on Zoom. 

This is a Part-Time position 5-10 hours per week.

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Training Coordinator to lead our training initiatives. This role involves partnering with self-advocate peer trainers to co-lead and build training teams. The Training Coordinator will manage statewide training programs, including Awareness and Action (A&A), the Self-Advocacy Leadership Series (SALS), and the new i-SALS initiative.
