Forum for Self-Advocates: DDS Day and Employment Services

Do you attend a day program funded by DDS? Are you receiving help to find a job or getting job coaching help from a provider through DDS? If so, DDS would like to hear from you!

COVID-19 required big changes in the way day and employment services funded by DDS were provided. This includes Community Based Day Supports (CBDS) and Supported Employment Services offered by providers.

DDS is interested in hearing from you on Thursday, May 27th, from 4:00 -5:30 pm about your experiences to help us plan for the future.

What worked well for you? What didn’t work well? Did you use technology in new ways? Was this helpful to you? What ideas do you have about ways to make day and employment services better in the future?

This Forum will provide an opportunity for you to share your experiences and ideas. DDS is hosting it in partnership with MASS and the Institute for Community Inclusion.

ASL and CART interpretation will be provided.

We look forward to you joining us on May 27th from 4:00 pm -5:30 pm by clicking the following Zoom link:
